Attempt to reassure him.

Detective Beowulf : Listen, I understand that this can be nerve wracking, but it's very important that you understand how much we need this information. Take at your own pace, but we need to get somewhere. Alright?
Archibald : ...Alright. I understand.

He seems to have calmed down, if only a bit.

Archibald : There was a man. I was on an outing with, Euphemia. We'd just gone out for dinner, when we heard this terrible scream behind the building. It sounded like whoever had made it got cut off, or muffled, or... Something like that. I was nervous but, Euphemia was moreso, so I went and checked it out. I saw a man, I think. Or at least someone big and broad shouldered. That's when... There was a finger, poking out of the dumpster in the crack of it. It wasn't attached. Even though it was dark out, I actually got a... Fairly good look at him, Id say.

Detective Beowulf : And what did he look like?

Archibald : Big. Hairy. He wasn't dressed very well. At all. That's all I remember. I'm sorry.

Go back.
